I have purchased tvs scooty strreak from deni tvs, bahadarpur, patna. the meter cover has been broken by some reason. when i consulted the service centre, they said that the meter glass is not available, if i wait for 1 month they will order it and get the supply.
but after 2 months they couldnt provide me the meter glass. instead they told me that the meter glass is not available loose. TVS company doesnt make meter glass or provide it, so i have to change whole meter kit.
i have a complain about tvs that why it is not providing the parts even at its authorised service centre.
i am very dissappointed with tvs, even the scooty streak performance is not good enough, i use it only in patna main town but it always costs high maintenance costs.
