On 13.01. I travelled from Delhi to Bhopal by Jet Airways Flight 9W 2652 (seat No.10F). After reaching Bhopal, I found that that the lock of my Suitcase is totally damaged/broken. When I brought this to the notice of the Jet Airways staff, he simply said "sorry". But this has resulted in a loss of about Rs. 500/- to me. Now, I request you to kindly instruct the staff to handle the luggage of the passengers carefully and also compensate me for the loss.
