I had traveled Air France on the following sectors:
Mumbai - Geneva - Manchester - Mumbai in April'10 with PNR# 4CQ628.
I spoke to the Air France UK call centre on 13 Apr'10 and requested a change in the date of travel of the Manchester - Paris leg of the journey from 18 Apr'10 to 16 Apr'10. I was charged a total of GBP 214 for making this change for the 2 tickets booked under this reference.
Subsequently in the late afternoon of 15 Apr'10, I received the mail below from Air France cancelling the flight indefinitely. After a lot of effort, I was given a through ticket from Manchester - Paris - Mumbai for 23 Apr'10.
Since Air France cancelled the flight on my desired date of travel i.e. 16 Apr'10, I have requested the refund of the ticket change fees of GBP 214 at the earliest. Air France is refusing to refund this amount and I would request your help in recovering this amount from them. Please see the mail appended below from them which clearly states that the flight was cancelled by them.
