Today Morning my father and mother in laws supposed to travel from Hyderabad to Pune from AIR INDIA Flit # IC-917 10:30 Morning, Ticket was Booked before 5 days from yatra.com and it was confirmed ticket.
when they were checking in at 9:20 Morning, they were informed that boarding is full and they cant travel by this flit due to the same still they have confirmed ticket. This is the hight of mismanagement and pathetic situation of air India. I would suggest not to book air India domestic flit.
