I made an internet E-TICKET in Air India website bearing PNR number JFT5J from Delhi to Mumbai. When I approached the check -in desk the airline staff indicated that my PNR is cancelled and issued to kolkata. I was surprised and rather showed them my booking detials. Still I could not fly to Mumbai.
I want a compensation towards this as the Air line never approached me to help me out even after sweetly charging me for the ticket. I want a suitable compensation for the loss of business and time and also the harrassment.
