On 15th May I have booked tickets roundtrip Delhi-Kathmandu-Delhi on line through cleartrip. An amount of Rs.25, 000/- was debited in net banking through Indian Overseas Bank. After the process the message was received as successful. However, I did not receive the tickets. I called back to cleartrip people and I was informed that the tickets booking was not done and the money will be refunded. Till now I have not received money back. Details are as follows :
