I booked Taxi on Friday eveving at 7.30 PM for picking me up at 9.00 PM from Siruseri, Chennai to Porur, Chennai. The booking got confirmed over the phone but till 8.45 i didnt get any calls from any cab drivers. So i gave a call to FastTrack to check the status. The person who attended me confirmed that cab is ready and it will pick me up at 9 PM withoout any dealy. I didnt get any call till 9.05 Pm so i again called, the call went to different attender who checked the status and said the cab cannot be availed..When i questioned the person then why its not informed and how someone at 8.45 said cab is ready, he just said Sorry and put the phone down. This is one worst case of how a poor customer service can be. I will never use Fast Track service in my life. Siruseri is very outer to the city and if i had waited more time for FastTrack i would not have got back home that night. My booking no is 10953
