subject: dissatisfied with HONDA PRODUCT
Dear sir.,
I have purchased a HONDA bike model TWISTER from SAIPOINT motors, on dated 05/ 08/ 2011. during running the bike, i was felt that abnormal sound was coming from 3 sides, which are (1) front suspension noise, (2) rear suspension noise, (3) chain SPOKET noisy. I have complaint about this problem to SAIPOINT dealer. from day 1. and they are solving the problem only temporarily. again after one or two days the same problem seems to happen, Because pf this I'AM dissatisfied with your product to customer. and i am mentally disturbed. please solve my problem immediately. and take this matter seriously and take necessary action. Because now i have loose my patient otherwise i will come through consumer court, i have spent one year for this matter. i am unhappy to purchase a Honda bike again. I am requesting to you please take this matter seriously and take necessary action.
