My father purchased the vehicle from Kinetic dealer at Sangli, Maharashtra. He took the finance service of Kinetic Finance Ltd. for the purchase of the vehicle. All the installmets had been paid. Now days we had used this vehicle for more than 7 years and now we want to sale it. But we are not receiving the NOC and cancelletion of Hyp. on the vehicle.
