Dialar tune not selected

Hi, ..lot of time i had selected dialar tunes.but it has not selected.it says enter a correct number... my money only waste//////and lot of time i send sms for dialar tunebut it has not selecte... so don t try for dialar tune and waste ur time and money... v can t able to select dialar tune which v want...
