Cancelled Air ticket

Dear Sir / Madam

We have booked the ticket for 6 passengers for Mumbai to Bagdogra & Return (9.11.10 & 16.11.2010) through agent M/s. Gayatri Travels, Karjat. Mr. Gautam - 9371737731 against PNR No. ENSXW5.

Now we came to know that our ticket has been canceled by him without our knowledge or consent.

He had booked the ticket by his credit card & collected 63, 000/- cash from us.

Please help us to get back this amount and provide us the details of Credit card, on which you have credited the amount.
