I have bought a split ac 1 month bak and the out door unit is not working from the last 6 days, it has been 6 days dat no 1 has turnd up for the service even after calling the call center and registering a complaint, after taking the service centre number from them the servive centre manager says i ll send the person in 1 hours time, but its not happend from the last 6 days of continous calling to the service center wich is in chamrajpet bangalore. even at the time og installing my new Lcd, Owen, washing mashin and ac all from Lg i had 2 face the same trouble off calling and telling them continuously for 1 week to come and install it. I am sick wid LG and i have promised my family members that i ll never take any product of LG ever again. If i had a view dat your (LG) service is gonna be like this dan i would have never suggested or taken any ting from LG. I am requesting for a replace ment or a service done within 12noon tom.
