Complaint against Ticket Collector train no-16517 (kannur express)
Dear Sir,
I, along with my wife, travelled from bangalore city to mangalore by 16517 kannur Express on 07-04-12. My ticket was in waiting list (WL14 and confirmed ticket (wife). However, I boarded the train in S10 (Seat no-01) coach and there were several others in the coach who were having waitlisted ticket and many with ordinary unreserved tickets.
While Ticket Collector, date 07-04-12 train no-16517 coach no S10 seat no-01 i am sitting with my wife, checked the tickets found few of the confirmed ticket passengers absent. But, instead of alloting the vacant seats to the waitlisted passengers, he alloted the seats to ordinary ticket holders who handed him some monetary benefit. Seat no-13 of coach S10 is one such case. There were few more cases like that, though I 'm not able to recollect the seat nos. correctly.
When I noticed this, I questioned him his actions. TC forcely ask them to me Get down at hole Narsipura. my ticket SBC to MAQ, but i not able to fight againt TC.
All this is being faced by many other passengers day-in and day-out. Would senior officials notice this someday and take actions against such corrupt employees? Journey from Bangalore city to Mangalore was just 11 hrs, so travelling without a seat was not a very great inconvinience. But when TC actions like his ally (TC for coach S10), then it hurts badly.
I would plead some top officials to take serious actions against TT and his ally, not because I faced lot of inconvience, but to better the system.
