AJIT ENTERPRISE
Rude Behaviour, Refusal of IRCTC ticket

Sir,

I have made advance payment to AJIT ENTERPRISES - Tel No. 27790505/65210094 for getting Railway ticket under TATKAL scheme.

When I visited their office in the morning at 8:45 AM they informed me that it is under processing.

Afterwards when I called them at 9:45 AM, they informed me that, they have lot of tickets to be obtained from IRCTC and cannot reply on phone, instead asked me to visit their office again for the update

Again I called them and informed about urgency, but person refused to give any explanation and told me that given tickets cannot be booked and do any further action if possible...
