Complaint against "Shiva Motors" at patpar ganj deler of Mehendre and Mehendra motors

I purchaged a top model scorpio bearing registration no. DL 3CBM 7237 from a dealer of Mehendra And Mehendra Motors which name is "Shiva Motors" at Patpar ganj, Delhi. This car was purchaged by me in Ist week of May. but seven months are going to passed they are not in possition of give my car R.C. I phoned them at showroom but they answred me that, but they not replied satisfactory.
