An final year media student of Gurunanak college - velachery
I made a deal with Alphazee cars in velachery for a purchase of used skoda octavia 2.0 and made an 25, 000 advance
Later iam not able to arrange the fund for the purchase, since no one is ready to give finance for this car. I asked him to cancel the deed and return back my money.
he said that commission amount of 6, 000 will get dedicted and balance 19, 000 will be returned.
He gave me a 10, 000 cheque after a struggle of two months and now he says that 9, 000 he is not going to pay me.as per the deed it is mentioned he says.
But i have the cheque as a proof for 9, 000 he had given
The cheque returns back stating that insufficient of fund in the account.
Iam an final year student of media
and feel very ashamed that an media student itself getting cheated.
i need a person to help me and rescue my amount.
