DISSATISFACTION

Dear Sir,

Myself Yogender Giri S/o Rajender Giri Residence of B-650, Rajveer colony, Delhi -96.

Has purchased a new vehicle car Alto – Model No Billed from M/s Bagga link dated 5-01. Bill no –VSL 11002054, Vehicle Id- MA 3E AA 61SO 1964850, Chassis No- MA 3E AA 61SO 1964850, Engine No – F8 DN 4735662, Colour Vehicle – Met ECRU BEIGE- ZPY. Km -58.Grievance of the same is mention below.

Sir,

I am very loyal customer holding 2 cars; one is Wagon –R, No –DL 3CAU-0769, and Purchased in 2007 & Maruti Car 800- No- DL 3C -0255, purchased as resell, of Maruti Suzuki India Limited. And was really satisfied with recommending to others about the products. But was shocked to get this treatment with the new car, as mention above, its really shocking, Please have a feedback as mention below to the case study for the same.

Dated 24-1:-

I had problem with the vehicle day 1. But complaint with the vehicle Ref. Id CSI 3CA 3584, At Naraina Company Authorised sales and Service centre, With promises of 1st Service Visit with Mileage 1057.Major issue told was Noise in the vehicle –which was not normal, as being recognised by the Technician also.

I being assured that all corrective measures will be taken care related to said complaint .and same will not continue in future. Being a company outlet got enough satisfaction to believe the words. The car was handed over to me same day after assurance of rectifying the said complaint, and paid the bill amounting Rs 741.00/- .

Also got call from service reception desk about the satisfaction, where in I Register about the same disturbing noise of the engine. Later on Meet Mr. Lalwani (work shop Manager), who in return suggested to run the vehicle for few days to get the feed back on it.

I again visited for the 2nd time to same outlet for the same complaint with Job card No- JC 12149597, Mileage 3227. And meet Mr. Lalwani and Mr. Rizwaan. Car was handed over in morning at 9 Am, with clear intention and assurance by the above said rep. that same is required by evening, as I need to have the vehicle for some personal work. But When I called in evening around 6.30 pm, being told that some major defect has being detected and need to be taken to the factory for the rectification. But as I have told my planning, was given the vehicle with some corrective changes locally, with no intimation of the major fault, as being observed by the Rep.

I again visited for the 3rd time to same out let for the same complaint with job card No- JC 12157564, Mileage 4674.

Centre recommended 2nd free service and was done with it. Same day the vehicle was handed over to me, with commitment that said complaint of the noise has been rectified with full care and satisfaction by the centre. It is very clearly mentioned and told during the pre-site inspection done by the rep, But god knows why it is being hide all the way long, or might be over looked by them.

Sir,

As on today Dated 1-6, the vehicle is in same defect as being detected on day one. I always am in touch with the company people to get the way out to this problem, which disturbed me all the way to my happy journey. My demand now is to get the best way out as I am not at all satisfied to get my vehicle rectified now.

Its my humble request to you seniors is to kindly change my vehicle with the new one, before its to late for me to take help of some legal professionals. I always believe that customer can be ignorant of the facts but the company professionals, who have the responsibility to take forward the relation and brand, must be fulfilling the role as assigned to them, with the vision statement.
