I would like to bring your kind attention that I had given my car Maruti Alto LXI fun dt 05.04.10 to repair a dent, and scrach mark on right side rear door to Car Kraft authorised maruti dealer at Mulund (w). I had bajaj inssurance claim was cleared on 06.04.10. I enquired the cost of the sticker
and informed me appx Rs 750. for the complete set. they told me three days required to do the job.
they called on 09.04.10 at 3.0PM the vechcle isready for delivey. I told them at 6.0PM comming to collect, when i reached the car was not in the workshop, after 15min the car brought from outside.
when i checked the front door sticker was damaged shown to the supervisor, he told me this was existing, then I told them this door was ok. you can call the serveyor to decide, then they told me
that they will bring new sticker which and replace it. when i asked other balance sticker they told me that the right side sticker it self cost Rs 750. I was upset the way lie and the service done to my vechicle. both the doors allingment not proper and having noise and play this problem was ceated by your service centers. Maruti claims that best service provider, but due to such service centers the name of the maruti suzuki been spoiled. I request you to carry out regular audit and secretly collecting customer feed back.these forms are filled by the service center. I want your action on this.
