Sir,
I have a honda unicorn bike of 2005 model. There was no complaint till last yr in my bike. Since, this yr my bike started giving problem. Since, last year i am risiding in roorkee and availing the services from Amar auto service centre which is the only authorised service centre in roorkee.
Its been 3 months, i have taken my bike to this service centre twice but spares are never available with this service centre. After giving a firm demand by me to this service centre still spares are not procured. i fail to understand whether this is the fault of the service centre or the company because service centre says they too have placed demand but the company is not providing them with adequate spares.
An immediate action is required to be taken to resolve this issue because many costomers like me are suffering due to the said reason.
