Delaying in delivery

I booked swift ldi from Ambal auto eode by paying 1, 00, 000rs advance on 24/02 they promice me to give a delivery with in 1month Now when I call him he says the same will take another 2months. I feel like take some legal action against them. If someone could help with numbers of senior Maruti officials that would be really great.so i request you to look after ny complain
