I regret to inform you that I Bought a Mahindra Xylo (E8) on 09th August on 2010 from Industrial And Farm Equipment, Guwahati, Assam a Dealer of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd (Registration Number-AS-01-AP-9297) and Not getting Proper after sale service from their dealer Ramnarayan Shiwprasad at Jorhat, Assam. It is considered to be ZERO if you scale the level of customers satisfaction. After my 3rd servicing at the said dealership in December my vehicle had innumerable starting problems for which I had to travel 140 odd kilometers for every visit. Being medical professional you just imagine how difficult it is to spare valuable time as well as money. Moreover, When I submitted the vehicle for a post accident repairing on 20th February they took more than two months to repair it. Unfortunately, I had to resubmit my vehicle on 10th May for incomplete repair such as Starting problem, inbuilt music system is completely out of order, non functioning AC, lots of body sound, poor quality painting etc. The saddest part of the story is they don't have the courtesy to receive my call.
