UNSATISFACTORY SEVICE FROM DEALER

THIS IS REGARDING THE 3 FREE SERVICINGS BY THE AUTH DEALER AT SOLAPUR, MAHARASHTRA- CHAVAN AUTOMOBILES.

OF ALL THE VARIOUS TASKS TO BE CARRIED OUT ON THEVEHICLE ONE CAN ONLY CHECK THE WASHING PART. ALL 3 TIMES THE WASHING WAS ATROCIOUS. IN FACT AT THE TIME OF THE LAST SERVICING IN MAY I HAD THE CAR WASHED 3 TIMES- BUT EVEN AFTER THAT THERE REMAINED MUCH TO BE DESIRED.

I HAVE MENTIONED THAT ON THE SERVICING SLIP WHICH THE CUSTOMER IS SUPPOSED TO SIGN. I ALSO TOOK THE TROUBLE OF FILLING OUT A COMPLAINT/SUGGESTION FORM. IT IS ALMOST 2 WEEKS SINCE -- BUT NO RERSPONSE OR INDICATION THAT COGNIZANCE HAS BEEN TAKEN.

INCIDENTS HAVE LEFT ME COMPLETELY CONVINVINCED THAT THE OTHER TASKS AT SERVICING (ADJUSTMENT OF TENSINS/ PLAY ETC) ARE NOT DONE.
