I am a bonafide customer of Anupam Indane Service, Gopalnagar, North 24 Parganas. Though there is provision for online booking, the personnel running the service centre very often play foul game by not booking online. On approach in person, it is learnt from them that no booking has been made though booking has already made online. Even after booking in person, the delivery of gas cylinder is unnecessarily delayed on some lame excuses like non-availability of gas etc. But their gas service vans almost everyday travel and often gas cylinders are sold at high prices to the customers by their cylinder-bearers. Thus many customers are almost daily harassed for no cause of their own. When the owner is approached, he also behaves very rudely with customers. He behaves in such a manner that the service is, as it were, his ancestral property. How can the customers like me get rid of their harassment?
