Money Debited but Ticket not booked

I had booked four Gold class tickets for the film Aairathil oruvan on jan 15 (Not apr-15 as mentioned earlier) in Big cinemas (Jazz) in madurai via online. The money has been detected but ticket was not confirmed asking me to try with another debit card when already my debit card has been detected with Rs 380.I need my money to be refunded.
