Charged without issue of movie ticket

I have booked a movie ticket through e-ticket for Inox-Rajarhat, New Town, Kolkata show shechuled on 17-07 @ 5.15 PM for Harry Potter-Part -II . But Amount was charged Rs.525.00 from my Axis Bank Account (Debit Card) on 16-07 @ 4-08 PM vide Transction No. Pur/m/s. Inox Leisure/Mubai/160711/09:57 without issuing the ticket.

I immediatly rushed to Inox-Rajarhat, but refused to comment on it.

Please take necessary step to refund my Rs.525.00 to my debit Axis Bank Account.
