I booked 2 tickets in INOX chennai but the booking i was a failure so i booked continously for the 3 times, in all the 4 attempts i made, the booking was a failure .i even received a mail from [email protected] that the booking was a failure and would refund me in 10 working days . i am still waiting for the money, it's been 30 days infact more than that but i still didn't receive my money nor a message from them
i even mailed them copule of times but never got a reply for them
this is something a derious issue which everyone should take care off. it's seriously so sick of this theatre n it's way of approaching.
can anyone suggest me in what way i can further approach these people
