Failure of on-line booking but money debited to me

I had tried booking 3 tickets at INOX-Mantri, malleswaram for ENTHIRAN -TAMIL movie on 22-10-10 for sunday show. My credit card account was debitedfor RS. 945/- but the booking failed.

Not yet received thr refund in spite of giving complaint immediately

Sadly again for second time today 06-11-10 same thing happened booking failed and Rs.705/- debited.
