KC Theater
No Bill given

I had gone to KC theater on 20/07 to watch a movie. During interval i wanted to get some snacks..I went to their counter and asked for two cokes. He gave me coke in two paper glasses with nothing indicating as to how many ml it contains, though when i asked him he told me it was 400ml. He asked for Rs. 80 (Rs. 40 each). After payment i asked him for a bill. He told me that they do not give bills as the place is too crowed. I still insisted upon a bill to which he said he can't give one and i need to speak to the manager for it.

As far as i know giving a bill to customer for any purchase is compulsory Please look into this complaint and do something about it..
