I visited inox hyderabad located in GVK One mall in banjara hills for purchasing 2 tickets of movie Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara on 19 July, 5:00 p.m. for 7:40 show. the man who was sitting on the counter told me that tkts for that show are not available. so i took the tickets of next day's show and stepped aside. the girl standing next to me in queue asked for the tickets of the same movie 7:40 show same day and he gave her 6 tickets that too in D row and very courteously said "enjoy the movie mam". when i got raged and asked him y u did like that he gave a sarcastic laugh and said actually online cancellation was done thats y those tickets got released. but in hyderabad online bookings for all movie theaters have been stopped so there cant be any cancellation . then i decided to complain to the manager of inox but people were very rude and i had to wait for 30 mins for him. then he said no mam actually we had blocked some seats for maintainence purpose and we released them at that time. this was a very stupid and lame excuse as nobody would block seats for a super hit movie. then i asked him i want to give a written a complaint, he didnt let me do that even. i still dont understand why he didnt give us 2 tickets and gave 6 tickets to other girl. i seriously want that some action should be taken against these guys.
