Money deducted but no tickets

I was doing the booking of the tickets from PVR site. I tried 3 times in which 2 times my money got deducted but didn't received any tickets while 3rd time I received tickets.

Transcation details are:

1. CCA11KBRD230IG78191029 TRANSFER TO 30993845637 AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE (25-Nov) - 530 Rs. No refunds
