Amt Deducted but did not get the tkts

This is Nandeeshwari, from Hyderabad. I have booked 2 tkts for the 8th Jan Friday 4:05 Pm on 6-10 for the Movie Avatar 3D in INOX and my amount was also debited from my account

and the reference for the same is 0136251575 can you please have a look and let me know ASAP..

I have tried to call to your customer care but there is no response.
