Online ticket booking failed but money not refunded

I was trying to book 3 tickets of '3 Idiots' on 23th Dec 09 through www.pvrcinemas.com in PVR select city walk, saket, new delhi.

But while booking the tickets through SBI debt card, it gave some error and the ticket was not booked, but the amount (Rs.660) was deducted from my account. I was under the impression that the transaction will be reverted back, but it has not been reverted till now.
