On 09.01.2011 I requested for two cinema tickets for the movies NO ONES KILLED JESSICA at Lucknow Sahara Ganj PVR. My account debited with Rs.330=00 but neither I got any reference No nor ticket was issued for the movie.
I was bound to puchase the ticket from the counter by paying money additionally. The Staff on duty assured me the refund of my money debited on 09.01.2011automatically to my account.
More than six months time have been lapsed but the captioned amount has still not been refunded to me.
Your account No. 30993845637 at SBI Santacruz West Branch is credited ON 09.01.2011 vide reference No. CCA11AACH5331G37886311 with Rs.330=00 by debit to my account No.10939134172 maintained at SBI Overseas Branch, Kanpur.
The matter may please be looked into and necessary steps taken to refund the money.
