No Cancel option in online booking

Hi,

I have booked 2 tickets for poolarangadu (Telugu) at 7pm on 03/03 show through PVR website online. We decided to no go to file today due to some personal issues. I have tried alot to cancel the ticket in PVRcinemas.com, but could not able to do so far.

I have called up to different numbers to reach pvr customercare people. No one picked up the call.

I have tried on 0124-4708080 (PVR customercare number).

Kindly take the action PVR since customer are suffering so far.
