Charged online wrongly

I tried booking 2 tickets in pvr cinemas online on 05/10, but it said transaction failed and so i went directly to pvr & purchased the tickets. But when i checked my bank statement, i have been charged wrongly Rs 320! Its been few weeks i dont know where to complain & get my refund. Pls do the needful. The online statement details are IPS/PVR LTD1004144522/0. thankyou
