Non return of failed booking of cinema ticket

I have booked two cinema ticket on 14.11.2012 through BookMyShow for an amount of Rs 345.94.Though They failed to book my ticket but said amount has been deducted from my account. After three times of inquiry BookMyShow given me the number 231916394182 and told me that the amount has been returned through this number in my bank account. I am yet to get the money. Please make an inquiry.
