BATA shoe
Poor product which makes squeaking noise

Hi,

I am facing another problem with Bata, I bought a pair of lifestyle shoes from them. The problem is that the shoe material is such that it makes squeaking noise while walking. Its very embarrassing and irritating when I wear it to office. As this is the fault with the shoe design, the shoe should be replaced. The Bata whitefield manager, Bangalore agreed with the complaint but refused do anything in his store. He asked me to take a longer route and asked me to write to customer care.

Now this frustrates me even more, a poor post service!!!

I want full refund or replacement with a different model or else I will have to approach to the consumer court.

I will keep you guys posted with the developments.
