I bought a pair of Bata Leather Sandle from Bata India Limited, Bata Shoe Store, SCO 19, Sector - 17 E, Chandigarh, Ph : 0172-2705100 of Rs. 824.25 (5914065, size 3, Qutantity - 1, MRP - 1099.00 after discount 25% 824.25)
The sandles rubber polish started vanishing after two days (after one day of wearing). I went to the outlet on the second day but he said that only manufacturing defects can be sorted out and it is not a manufacturing fault, if the sandle tears off then only it is possible to exchange. He also told us that he can go for a polish which would cost Rs. 500, but when it is a manufacturing defect then why should i pay Rs. 500 to them? It is a purely loot in this case. It is a manufacturing fault and not any other issue.
If these branded companies have this kind of behaviour towards the customer then why should a customer go for the branded products? Bata company outlets are really not doing an ethical job as these are not having a positive response towards the customer and they simply turn off their face from the matter.

I there by have an appeal that if not then atleast the outlet's owner should be charged against the matter. I hope to hear back with some positive response.
