I buyed a pair of shoe from a bata shoe store, Dhamawala, (Dehradun) on 11 April. After 3 or 4 days the sole of the shoe dislodged, and I gave a call to the shoe store from which I purchased the shoe and they told me that the manager is not present and they will not change the shoe rather will repair it. The problem is I weared it for only 3 or 4 days and it got damaged and now they have stiched the shoe. It looks really awkward that a new pair of shoe is repaired and then what is the use of buying a new pair of shoes. I could have buyed it a shoe of a low quality but I thought, a shoe of a branded company would be durable. But I was wrong.
