I had ordered clothes and accessories through Brandmile on August 11 and paid the amount of Rs 1724 on order number BMNE1ALR through credit card. I got a confirmation of the order stating that my goods will be delivered within 11 days after the campaign was over which took 7 days.
However, 22 days have passed and neither is Brandmile responding to my inquiries through emails or taking my calls through phone. This is in stark contrast to the times when I paid cash on delivery and prompt replies were sent to my queries and goods delivered after a week.
Please either send the goods or return my payment.
