Carboy Shoe
Unfare trade practices

Dear Sir,

My name is Vijay Gandhi. I have purchased a pair of shoe from the above mention shop on 6th August for Rs. 600/-

The shop man has given me a oral warranty for three months on shoe.

After a few days i started using my shoes. After using it about 10 days its started tearing. so i get back my shoe to that shopkeeper in first week of September. He told me that it will be replaced and ask me to come after some days.

After two weeks of delay he refused me to replace the same as he told me that the company refused us to replace. then after he told me that i can buy another shoe of my choice but i have to pay Rs.150 more if i purchase the shoe of same range (i.e. Rs.600). when i ask him for replacement of my shoe than he told me that i didn't sold that shoe to you. one of the employee employing there sold me that shoe and he was not present there. He also told me to come when that particular person come.

Please sir help me regarding this matter n guide me if i can get any relief from these type of lier person who can do everything to sale their product.
