I bought LIBERTY FORTUNE shoe worth Rs 1499 from your dealer. And the very next day the shoe got very ugly wrinkles on only one shoe in the pair.
When I approached the dealer regarding the same, he casually said "NOTHING CAN BE DONE" in this regard, and very soon the other shoe will also have the same king of wrinkles.
I got very disappointed that even after spending Rs. 1500 I did not get a good quality shoe.
Now exactly after 2 months of the purchase the stitches in the shoe started opening. I again approached the dealer and asked him if he can get in touch with the company and forward our complain.
But he behaved very indifferently and said he would get the shoe stitched and nothing more than that.
I mailed the same complaint to LIBERTY and they agreed to change my shoe. I received a phone call from the dealer on my number 9867075152 saying that I can get a replacement for my shoes.
When I approached the dealer for the REPLACEMENT he was very reluctant and said he has not got any written intimation from the company. He asked me come on the next day.
The next day when I went to the dealer. He said he will replace the shoe only if I paid him Rs. 300 (as handling charges and Octroi) for which he refused to give a bill. Then he finally settled for Rs.150
I got a shoe or Rs. 1799 . But i paid Rs. 300 (extra cost of the new shoe) Rs. 150 for the replacement.
But no bill was given to me for the same ie Rs. 450. I even tried to pay through CREDIT CARD. But the dealer refused to take that. And the entire thing changed into a ugly dispute.
