Sir,
I bought a pair of Polo Club sunglasses from deals4all.net (Compact International) which were found to be chipped on the inside i.e. they were defective. Moreover, the sunglasses were of a very low quality and hence I went to a reputed optician who confirmed that it was not an authentic pair of 'San Diego Polo Club sunglasses'.
The product quality is so bad that they look like a pair of road side sunglasses which are not even worth Rs 599/-!!
I'm highly disappointed with the product and the company and expect full refund or replacement with an authentic pair of sunglasses.
I also request you to take some strict action against the company as they have large amount of similar complaints from other consumers. I request you to cancel their import license (if they have any) and stop their business of duping consumers.
