Sir,
This is to inform you that I purchased a book through payment by internet banking from Crossword on 8th Feb only after the item was shown in stock from in the crossword website and after telephonic confirmation from crossword helpdesk 0226191.My account was imedietly debited of the amount. On 14th Feb Crossword cancelled the order saying item was not in stock. But till date they have not refunded the amount in my bank account. Repated calls and mails to [email protected] have yielded no result. Each time whenever calls have been made the response have " We are looking into the issue/ We are checking with our backend team / We will get back to u shortly. I have even escalated the matter to supervisor who refused to disclose my identity. Please help me out on this.
