Order is not delivred

Hi

I bought 2 products from Deccan charges on "21/03 1056 Payment received 2 Rs1, 115.60"

still the order is not delivered neither they are responding to mail no address is register against the website, no customer care number nothing. I hope I get my money back or product. I just not to buy anything from there website.
