I had Purchased Two Formal Shirts from online shopping Website RediffMail.com, on COD Basis

I found one of the shirt defective and i returned the one defective shirt to them

Almost 20 days are gone i am neither getting my refund or replacement

When i contacted via e-mial they said we are delivering the same,

Repalcement or Money Back Still not received
