I purchased online a pair of shoes with Order No. 105432 & model no. on Dt. 05-05 by "FASHNVIA.COM". They claimed their service with slogan "Original Brands: Top Quality: FREE Shipping: Quick Delivery: Honest."
After passing 7 days I checked my account status regarding delivery of my order on the site of FASHNVIA.COM, which shows me the status pending. I inquired about this telephonically. The person answered that the order i placed yet not received at their end, so they would not deliver it up to another one week. But still yet on 20th may I found status of my order pending and no body is picking up phone. So, how the promoters like FASHNVIA.COM claims to fulfill the words of their "slogan". Now, after so many days, I mailed them to request to refund my money. Hope, they will refund my full amount..!! I have left no option but to complain here for the justice.
