NOT PROVING THE BILLS FOR THE ITEMS SOLD

I HAVE PURCHASED A SHOE OF RED CHIEF FROM THE FIRST STEP SHOP AT RAJAJIPURAM NEAR OLD TEMPO STAND ON 27 MARCH. HE HAS NOT GIVEN ME THE BILL/CASH MEMO AND ASKING FOR THE SAME THEY TOLD WE ARE HERE TO SOLVE YOUR PROBLEMS. MY SHOES BECOME DEFECTED WITHIN 3 TO 4 MONTHS (COLOUR OF ONE SHOE BECOME BLACK IN A HALF PIECE OF THE UPPER THE COLOUR OF THE SHOE WAS CAMLE COLOUR). WHILE COMPLAINING TO THE SHOP KEEPER HE HAS TAKEN THE SHOE AND TOLD ME THAT I WILL ASK WITH THE DISTRIBUTOR AND IF THERE IS ANY PROBLEM I WILL ASK HIM TO DISCRIBE YOU PERSONNALY.

BUT AFTER ONE MONTH HE HAS NOT TAKEN PROPER CARE AND WHEN I ASKED HIM TO PROVIDE ME THE BILL OF MY SHOE SO THATI CAN REGISTER MY COMPLAINT TO THE COMPANY DIRECTELY, HE TOLD ME THAT WE ARE SELLING THE PRODUCT ON ESTIMATE ONLY AND WE WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU THE BILL AND WE WILL NOT ATTEND YOUR COMPLAINT.
