Poor quality of shoos

I had bought the shoos from AERO CLUB, Wood Land store, 17/40, W.E.A. Main Ajmal khan Road, Karol bagh, N Delhi.on 21 feb10 vide bill no.17196.with in a weeks time the inner of te shoe came off which I complaint to the shop manager as per him it was a commen diffect and I got it repaired from the local market (sticking the inner with glue). Within next 10-15 days of usage the eyelit for the shoe lace came off when I was out of station. It was very ambarising for me in that situation. I have been using Woodland shoes of your estimed company since 15 years. So I had a very good confidence for all the products in the market.
