We bought two pairs of GLIDER # 9 Shoes (MALE CATEGORY) from FRIENDS TRADERS MY VILLAGE RESTAURANT RAJPURA- AMBALA HIGHWAY, RAJPURA . The owner claims that he has got the franchise from BRAND LIBERTY and he delivered the visiting card which bears the liberty & his name is Rakesh Goyal. On that date he did not issue bill on demand. The shoes were bought at 50% discount But Within 10 days the sole of the pair cracked severely making it useless. After communicating the status Rakesh Goyal took the shoes and promised to replace with in a week. After the lapse of the week I went to the showroom but he was not present at that time. The present attendant was told the whole story. He contacted Rakesh Goyal on mobile and he informed that he is ill. And he said to come again. We said it is impossible and asked to inquire from Rakesh Goyal regarding the promises he made. In this interationn the attended behaved in an irresponsible manner which made us angry regarding the disrespect towards Libery this showroom is showing. On this situation I called Rakesh Goyal personally he also directed to come again. This shows that Rakesh Goyal is misusing the name of Liberty by selling duplicate shoes without bill on demand. Kindly enquirer about the reality of this showroom so that it may not harm interests of LIBERTY at large. Kindly responds as early as possible
